Requirements:

+2 years of relevant experience is great - leeway can be made so long as you’re always open, always improving
A willingness to both learn & teach; adaptability to work culture
A natural at forming narratives; ability to stitch together discordant content into a cohesive flow
Mastery over Adobe Premiere, multicam video editing
Basic knowledge in audio mixing (Audition) & motion graphics design (After Effects) are a bonus, but not essential
A very good aesthetic eye for layout & design - constantly surprise with over-delivery/ creativity
Developed aural senses, sensitivity to sound, music, pacing
Discuss/ vocalise with internal team on interpretation of content, project guidelines, goals, direction etc
