Conference Programme Editor/ Producer (MICE/ health-tech industry)

A global MICE company is adding to its healthcare team & management portfolio. This role plays an integral, inaugural part in the 2025 launch of a new annual branded conference that connects movers & shakers in innovation & tech with healthcare providers across Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Deep dive into regional industry research to produce commercially catching conference agendas & editorial output that appeal throughout levels in the healthcare & tech industries

  • Identify industry trends, build a bridge to healthcare & healthtech speakers & influencers & other relevant market stakeholders & thought leaders

  • Provide strategic & technical sector & geographical market information to the marketing & sales departments, including value propositions, competitive events analyses & market mapping information

  • Work closely across internal teams to ensure quality & coherence in overall marketing & event delivery

  • Speaker & VIP attendee acquisition from the buy-side; management of on-site logistics & attendant digital formats

  • Host any required conference tracks & sessions; facilitate discussions as needs arise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree min; exposure to & interest in the relevant industries

  • At least 2 full years & up of relevant experience

  • Ease with research, the written word + seasoned interpersonal skills

  • Highly organised with hard-edged record keeping skills

  • Commercial acumen, agility in thought, predilection for knowledge
